This Breakaway Pulley Trigger or cone is designed to open the snatch block pulley, which frees the line at a predetermined point.

This trigger is easily adjusted to any chosen point on the main line without added tools and can not fall off the line like mechanically attached types. As the line is pulled through the snatch block (H&L 130), the trigger trips the hinged top plate open to release the line.
