  • Evolution Universal Handcuff Holder: Accommodates 1 hinged or linked pair of handcuffs.
  • Evolution Universal Tourniquet Pouch: Fits 1 tourniquet (compatible with C-A-T, SOFTT, SOFTT-W, SAM XT; tourniquet sold separately).
