Water Bottle Training Charge

This is an Inert HME filled Water Bottle Training Device.  You can choose between primary or secondary explosive filler.  Primary is a white fine powder and secondary will be a prilled substance.  There is also the option to add a det cord pig tail onto your IED charge.  These charges are commonly seen in areas such as Afghanistan.
